No Relationship For 10 Years

I'm tired of being lonely. I haven't been with a woman sexually in 10 years. I'm 31 now. Girls talk to me all the time, and tell me that I'm a good looking guy but I always mess up anything good with my obsessive thoughts. I obsess about everything in terms of whether they like me or not, or I'm so afraid of getting rejected that I never try anything or ask a girl out. I don't know what to do anymore.
