"I’m a mum of a teenage daughter (17).
She has been depressed for a couple of years. First she was
cutting herself; which made me seek help for her straight away.
So she was getting help which was going well. I thought it was.
Then she stopped going and things just got bad again. She
would get up late in the day and she would just wreck my home.

drunk. She would never tidy up after herself and everything was

now depressed and taking medication. I want to be there for her
but I am too ill myself. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** Something to think about..."Love and kindness are never wasted. They
