Struggling Virginia Tech students are back in class. For some of us, who watched the drama unfold on tv- we continue to experience depression and anxiety over what happened. HealthyPlace.com Medical Director, Dr. Harry Croft, discusses how to cope with the traumatic aftermath of a national tragedy.

In a related story, singer/songwriter Black Soultan has written a song in remembrance of the Virginia Tech shooting massacre that killed 33; speaking directly to gunman Cho Seung-Hui’s actions. In his song, he brings to light the subject of depression and suicide.

He posted his video on Youtube and in his description, he stated, “This is a video addressing the issue of depression and suicidal tendencies.  It is near and dear to my heart and you'll know why at the end of the song.  I think we should all keep the family members of all those involved in our prayers and in our hearts.”

"Sexually Promiscuous! I Need Help."

Murka:

"I am 32 years old. Ever since I was 16, I have been very promiscuous. I just cannot stop. I used to think it was because I was young, and never found the ONE, but I am now not very young, and the only difference now is that I am more aggressive with men.

When I see someone I want, I go for it. It's easy because men like me and there is no shortage. I do feel bad after the act sometimes. I also can get addicted to ones that are great in bed and are totally unavailable!

I need help! I love promiscuity, love and sex with people that are unavailable and cannot maintain any monogomous, committed relationship!!! I just hurt men and hurt myself! How can I stop?
