"Completely Lost Inside My Head"

geoff67:

I've been having my ups and downs over the past few weeks but the one thing that totally messes me up is not knowing exactly who I am, what I want to do with my life, smoking pot, smoking ciggies, going to see my case manager from psych services, and basically not knowing whether I'm coming or going. I thought I was getting better - well at least my OCD has improved and the intrusive and racing thoughts don't bother me anymore - but this schizoaffective disorder is making my life hell.

Any replies will be received with thanks.
