Depressed! Can't Get Out of Bed

I've been suffering with depression, GAD and panic attacks for 10 years.  I'm 36 years old. Things are going on with me that I've never felt before.  The first thing is I can't get out of bed for the sake of me. I feel tired and sad and my personal hygiene has gone down the tubes. I think this whole summer, I have been out of my bed or house about 3 weeks.  I even lost my job over this.  Please help. Feeling bad and need some advice. respond here
